Plum with pear and oatmeal crisp.

Recipe Ingredients for Plum Pear Crisp

3 lb. pears
1/2 lb. plum
2 tbsp Splenda
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup white flour
2 tbsp ground flax seed
3/8 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Plum Pear Crisp

  1. Slice pears and plum and mix with honey in 13x7 baking dish.

  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and form clumps.

  3. Pour onto fruit and bake 350 for about 50 minutes.
