Recipe Ingredients for plum cookie cobbler

10 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Plums
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches
5 tsp Natural Light Brown Muscovado Sugar
8 oz Margarine, Regular, Unspecified Oils
5 oz Sugars, Granulated
3 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
8 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for plum cookie cobbler

  1. boil fruit in water and brown sugar. remove stones and put in bottom of dish

  2. mix the rest of the ingredients to make the cookie dough

  3. put lumps of dough over the top of the fruit however you like

  4. bake for over 20 mins - 20 makes the top crispy but doesnt cook the inside of the cookie, so do it how you want
