Recipe Ingredients for Plum Clafoutis without Dough

1 lb plums
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t cinnamon
1 t butter

Recipe Directions for Plum Clafoutis without Dough

  1. Wash and quarter the plums. Pour the lemon jiuce over, and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Warm the butter in a non-stick frying pan, and add the plums. Sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.

  3. Cook over low flame until just tender but not mushy (a bit al dente is best.) Serve at room temperature with or without cream.
