2 cups sliced plums
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Plum cake

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk.

  2. Grease a 9x9 pyrex or other baking pan, and line with half of the sliced plums.

  3. Pour the batter over the plums and top with the remaining plums.

  4. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it turns golden.
