Recipe Ingredients for Plov

4 1/5 lb pork shoulder, diced
380 g pork fat, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
350 g carrots, diced
500 g onions, diced
2 tbsp sea salt
4 cups rice

Recipe Directions for Plov

  1. Hit the olive oil

  2. fry pork fat in the oil until golden brown

  3. take the fried pork fat out of the pan

  4. add pork

  5. fry until golden brown

  6. add onion and carrots

  7. cook until golden brown

  8. add salt

  9. add red pepper, corriander, saffron

  10. add rice abd cover with water

  11. lower the hit

  12. cover with the lid

  13. when rice is ready add zoreshk and whole garlic
