3/4 cup corn meal
3 cups water
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Plolenta - microwave

Whisk together cornmeal, water and salt in microwave safe container. Cover and zap on high power for three minutes. Stir and zap for another 2-3 minutes. Stir in butter. Eat or refrigerate for later use.
