Recipe Ingredients for Plantains encrusted

1 medium plantain
1 tbsp canola oil
1/16 cup pumpkin seeds
1/16 cup sunflower seeds
21 g agave nectar, 1 tbsp
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp plain soy milk

Recipe Directions for Plantains encrusted

Mix tahini and milk to batter, dip sliced plantains, and dip in ground seeds, brown both sides in black iron fry pan in canola oil, baked in 350 oven for 10 minutes, drizzle with agave nectar. Let set for 15 minutes.
