2 3/4 cups of water
1/8 cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt

  1. Wash the rice in 3 - 7 changes of water to remove excess starch

  2. Put in bowl of rice cooker

  3. Add the olive oil

  4. Add the salt

  5. Add the water and mix thoroughly
