You should probably add some sort of filling to these, like fruit or red bean paste or something. They're really good, don't get me wrong. But they're just kind of bland all by themselves.

1 cup flour
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 T canola oil
1 T baking powder
1 T maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
