Homemade pancakes, add any fruit you want if desired!

Recipe Ingredients for Plain Pancakes

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons baking powder
3 tablespoons Crisco

Recipe Directions for Plain Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients except Crisco

  2. Heat griddle; grease w/ Crisco

  3. add mixture to griddle 1/4 cup at a time

  4. When bubbly flip till edges are dry and enjoy!
