Recipe Ingredients for Plain Omelet

1/3 cup egg beaters original
1 tbsp half and half
1 oz 2% lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Plain Omelet

  1. Beat together the egg substitute and half & half. Add salt and pepper if desired.

  2. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray or wipe with oil. Cook egg over medium heat, shaking pan and lifting up edges to let uncooked egg run under.

  3. As egg begins to set, sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Cover pan and let steam finish cooking the top.

  4. Slide onto plate, folding over in half or thirds.
