1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
3 tsp cinnamon

Put milk in blender. Add no-cal sweetener to taste, 3 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup frozen berries. When blended, add 1 frozen strawberry at a time, until smooth and ready to drink.
