1 cup all purpose flour
1 whole egg
150 g carrot
250 g cabbage
1/2 cup water
1 salt
1 black pepper

  1. Put water to bowl.

  2. Add flour, egg, spices

  3. Mix well

  4. Add vegetable mix well

  5. Fry till golden brown
