16 oz Fz. Okra 4 Large Tomatos 1 Large Onion 6 slices Turkey Bacon 2 clove Garlic 1 TBS Chicken Base 1 Cup Water

Recipe Ingredients for PJ's Okra & Tomatoes

16 oz Frozen Okra
4 large Tomatoes
1 large Onion
6 slices Turkey Bacon
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbs Chicken Base
1 cup Water

Recipe Directions for PJ's Okra & Tomatoes

  1. Chop Onion & slice up Bacon

  2. Start pot of water to boil for tomatoes.

  3. Saute Bacon in pan for a few min. then add onion on top & cook until onion is translucent.

  4. Clear a space in the middle of pan and add garlic & cook 2 min more.

  5. Boil tomatoes 2 min. & cool, then remove skins & chop.

  6. Add Fz. Okra to pan along with chopped tomatoes, water & Chicken Base. Stir.

  7. Bring to boil. Immed. reduce heat &

  8. cover.

  9. Simmer 30 min.

  10. Can serve over rice.
