Pj's Chicken Tarragon Recipe

2lbs Chicken Tenderloins 1/8cup all purpose flour 1 sweet onion 1 Tbs minced garlic 2 Tsp Tarragon 2 Tbs Butter 2 oz Olive Oil divided 4 oz sliced mushrooms 2 Tsp Chicken Base or use pre made broth. 1 cup water *omit is using pre made broth.

Recipe Ingredients for PJ's Chicken Tarragon

2 serving shur fine mushrooms sliced
32 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
2 oz VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
0.13 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1.5 tsp Chicken Base
10 oz Water
1 tsp, leaves Tarragon, Dried
3 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic

Recipe Directions for PJ's Chicken Tarragon

  1. Heat 1/2 of olive oil & butter in frying pan; add chopped onion & mushrooms & cook on low #3 or #2 heat until brown and translucent onions. Add garlic & Tarragon last few minutes just to brown garlic.

  2. Remove from pan & reserve.

  3. Lightly flour 2lb Chicken Tenderloins & brown in pan with olive oil.

  4. Add onion/tarragon/garlic mixture.

  5. Add chicken base & water & bring to slow boil. Cover and cook on lowest heat until chicken is done. Add a bit of water if needed.
