Use thin sliced boneless,skinless chicken breast

Recipe Ingredients for PJ's Chicken Marsala

1 lb chicken breast
1 green pepper, sliced thin strps
1 yellow pepper, sliced thin strips
3 cloves of garlic, sliced thin
1 cup Marsala wine
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt and pepper
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp brown gravy mix

Recipe Directions for PJ's Chicken Marsala

  1. add oil to hot skillet

  2. drege chicken peices in flour

  3. add to skillet, cook on both sides until light brown

  4. remove from skillet

  5. add mushrooms,peppers and garlic to pan saute until soft

  6. add wine and gravy mix stirring well

  7. bring to a boil

  8. add chicken, simmer for 10 minutes

  9. then serve with fvorite side dish
