Baked yumminess~ basic crust receipe with traditional toppings.Makes two 12 inch pizzas.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizzeria Style Pizza

2 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
14 ounces of mozzerella cheese
6 ounces of tomatoe sauce
2 1/2 ounces of turkey pepperoni
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pizzeria Style Pizza

dissolve packet of dry yeast in 1 cup warm water, mix in bowl with 2 tbsp oil, and salt. add 2 cups of lfour, and mix on second speed with a dough hook for two minutes, then add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time, mix for 4 minutes or until dough is formed and sticky to hook. place in greased bowl and cover with saran wrap for 2 hours, or until dough has risen twice it's size in bulk. roll out, and sprinkle cornmeal on pizza pan, or use parchment paper, and then roll up edges to make a classic crust. Pour and spread on sauce, then add your toppings, and bake for 15 mintues on top rack at 425 degrees F.
