Recipe Ingredients for Pizzamajig

1 serving canned tomatoes
1/4 cup Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
1 serving Tortilla - High Fiber/Low Carb (Don Panco)

Recipe Directions for Pizzamajig

Spread ricotta on top of tortilla. Spread tomatoes over ricotta. Top with whatever else you want (but you'll have to log separately). Pop in the toaster oven for as long as it takes to make dark toast.
