Recipe Ingredients for Pizzacato Genovese

1/2 cups spinach leaves
1/2 cup pesto
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 cup roasted peppers
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizzacato Genovese

  1. Preheat oven to 500F.

  2. Grease 12 inch pizza pan with olive oil.

  3. Arrange dough in pan and spread all of pesto over dough.

  4. Sprinkle with sun−dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, then cheeses.

  5. Bake pizza until crust browns and cheese melts.
