Relatively Low Cal Pizza Wrap, considering that it's pizza Uses lettuce / spinach to increase fiber and size so as to feel like one is eating more for less calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Wrap

1.33 flour tortilla
1 tbsp pizza sauce
1 tbsp olives
60 grams chicken breast
2 oz baby spinach
2 tbsp feta, crumbled
45 grams bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Pizza Wrap

  1. Mix chicken and pizza sauce together and warm in microwave

  2. Place pizza items in the center of the tortilla shell, stacking lettuce, feta, peppers and olives.

  3. Place chicken and sauce on top.

  4. Fold bottom and top in and roll from right to left to create a tight wrap (but not too tight or it will tear).

  5. Place seam down on tinfoil and bake in toaster oven or regular oven just to warm the ingredients and wrap. Not too much or the lettuce will wilt.
