Recipe Ingredients for Pizza with veggies

265 ml water
400 grams White Flour, Unbleached
1 tsp Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
265 grams Water
170 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 cup Newman's Own Marinara Sauce
250 grams Broccoli
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Pizza with veggies

  1. Make the dough -- if you don't know how, there is a lot of information out there. Look for it.

  2. About 30 minutes before you plan to bake the pizza, preheat your oven to its highest temperature (500 deg F, or so).

  3. Form the dough into a ball and let it rise for about an hour. Divide into 2 equal portions, and shape each into a ball. Let the dough rest for 5-10 mins before rolling or hand-stretching to a disk between 10 and 14 inches in diameter.

  4. Brush the dough with a little extra olive oil if you like, and then top each pizza with half of the marinara sauce, cheese, and other toppings.

  5. Bake on a pizza stone, pan, or cookie sheet until the cheese is melted and well-browned, and the crust is golden-brown with some darker spots. If your oven temperature is about 500 deg F, this will usually take about 10 minutes.
