Pizza Topping - Add to Dough Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Topping-Spinach, Hatch Chili and Chix Sausage

85 g Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage
302 g Onion
130 g Green Pepper
90 g Mushrooms
53 g Spinach
182 g Roma Tomatoes
1 1/2 Peppers, Hot chili
100 g Mozzarella Cheese
120 g g Marinara Sauce - No Salt Sprouts

Recipe Directions for Pizza Topping-Spinach, Hatch Chili and Chix Sausage

  1. Saute Sausage, onion, green peppers and muchrooms. I add garlic powder and Oregano.

  2. Spread Pizza Dough on 12"pan. Spread with sauce then layer chili, spinach, sauteed mix. Top with tomatoe and cheese. I usually add a few Basil Leafs.

  3. Bake at 450deg for 17 min.

  4. Cut in 6 slices
