Makes enough topping for 2 Udi's pizza crusts (not listed)

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza topping

2 1/8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 oz sharp cheddar cheese
2 1/2 oz portabella mushrooms
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup onions, diced
3 oz tomatoes
1/3 cup pizza sauce
6 tsp Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza topping

  1. Spread garlic on pizza crusts.

  2. Spread pizza sauce on pizza crusts.

  3. Layer other toppings, with the cheeses as the top layer.

  4. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
