3 ounce tomato paste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1 green onion
1/2 bell pepper
3 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Pizza sauce from negative calorie diet

  1. Combined the first 6 ingredients. This may be more than what you will use, so you can refrigerate or freeze the rest.

  2. Turn stove on broiler.

  3. On a oven safe pan place 6 pita breads so that the edges turn upward.
