A pizza sauce that has a kick and isn't sweet!

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Sauce (bit spicey)

6 oz Tomato Paste
6 fl oz Water
12 grams Minced In Oil Garlic
36 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1/4 tsp Marjoram, Dried
1/2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
0.13 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Pizza Sauce (bit spicey)

  1. Add 1 tablespoon honey if you like it less spicey and more sweet.

  2. In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, water, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, oregano, marjoram, basil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Mix together, breaking up any clumps of cheese.

  3. Sauce should sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors. Spread over pizza dough and prepare pizza as desired.
