Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Salad

16 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
3 medium tomatoes, sliced and seeded
8 oz. cheddar cheese
8 oz. Monterey jack cheese
6 green onions, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped olives
3 oz. sliced pepperoni
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Pizza Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, broccoli, olives, cheeses, green onions and pepperoni.

  2. In a small bowl, combine oil, parmesan, vinegar and seasonings; pour over macaroni mixture. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
