Long term salad to serve as a side to almost anything. Good for a week or more in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Salad

1 cabbage head
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 roasted peppers

Recipe Directions for Pizza Salad

  1. Cut cabbage in thin strips

  2. Make cabbage softer with a potato masher or similar tool

  3. Cut roasted peppers (two slices) in small pieces and add

  4. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar

  5. Pepper and salt to taste

  6. Shake and keep refridgerated

  7. Ready to eat after two hours or more

  8. If no pizazz in taste after two hours in fridge, add more vinegar
