Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Roll-Ups

15 piece Egg Roll Wrappers
4 link Organic Sausage Italian
2 cups Baby Spinach
0.5 cup Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese
0.75 cup Pizza Pasta Sauce, Organic
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Pizza Roll-Ups

  1. Cook Sausage.

  2. Combine all ingredients for filling - i.e. sausage, sauce, spinach, cheese, chopped mushrooms.

  3. Spread out all 15 egg wrappers

  4. Add ingredients to wrappers - no more than 1/4 cup filling per wrapper so that they close!

  5. Fold over bottom corner of wrapper and hug filling tight

  6. Fold over side corners

  7. Continue to roll wrapper into a roll up

  8. Bake at 425 deg F. for 20 minutes, spray the tops with olive oil and flip half way through spraying once more.

  9. Enjoy!
