Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Roll-Up

1 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
1 cup water
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 green peppers
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza Roll-Up

First, make the pizza dough in your bread machine. Put in the machine - in order - 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons oil, 3 cups flour, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Make a well in the flour, and in the well put 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast. Set the machine on the "dough" setting and press start. While the bread machine is making the pizza dough, make the pizza sauce by mixing together 1 cup of tomato paste with 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons oregano, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Set aside. Next, make the meat. Brown 1 pound of ground beef. Add 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Let simmer together. When the pizza dough is finished, roll it out into a long triangle. Spread the beef mixture on, then chopped green peppers, then shredded cheese. Roll jelly-roll style and place on greased cookie sheet. spray with vegetable spray and sprinkle a bit more cheese on top. Put in the oven at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
