Recipe Ingredients for Pizza rice

4 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1.5 cup Sauce, pizza, canned, ready-to-serve
1000 grams Ground Pork
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Regular

Recipe Directions for Pizza rice

  1. Cook the rice, put it in the casserole dish.

  2. Cook the meat with the onions, mix it with the pizza sauce. Spread over the rice.

  3. Cut up the pepperoni and ham, sprinkle over the sauce.

  4. Shred the mozzarella and sprinkle evenly over the dish.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and everything is warmed through.
