Our favorite pizza to make on the weekends.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza

2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 t instant yeast
1 1/2 t salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup marinara sauce
135 grams deli ham
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza

Make dough with first three ingredients, adding 1 3/4 c water. Let stand at least twelve hours. Scrape out of bowl and let stand, covered with flour on a floured counter, for at least 30 min. Drape out onto oiled pizza pan with oiled hands. Spread remaining olive oil over crust. Spread sauce, ham, and cheese over the pizza and bake @ 500 degrees for 7-0 minutes. For best results, use a pizza stone.
