Delicious home made pizza using fresh ingredients

Recipe Ingredients for pizza

454 2/5 grams Pizza Dough
720 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup 6 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 small Onions
0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for pizza

  1. Chop tomatoes finely and add salt. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Drain liquid. Add chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. While the tomatoes marinate, roll out pizza dough. Add tomatoes on top of dough then layer other ingredients. Bake at 375 until done.
