Homemade pizza From Rhodes bake and serve!

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza

1/2 Frozen Bread Dough
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 yellow pepper
1/2 cup onion
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup black olives
1 roma tomato
1/2 cup pepperoni
2 cup low fat mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Pizza

  1. Grill or saute vegetables, 1 loaf Rhodes? Bread Dough or 8 Rhodes Texas? rolls, or 12 Rhodes? rolls, thawed and risen

  2. 3/4 cup pizza sauce

  3. 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

  4. toppings:

  5. pepperoni, diced onions, sliced peppers, sliced mushrooms, sliced olives, diced tomatoes.

  6. Instructions

  7. Press dough into a ball. Roll into a 14-inch circle. Place into a 12-inch sprayed deep dish pizza pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise 30 minutes. Remove wrap. Bake crust at 400F for 10 minutes.

  8. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Add desired toppings, and top with cheese. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
