Recipe Ingredients for pizza

2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup water
8 oz (part skim) mozzarella cheese
1 green pepper
2 oz Deli Ham
16 oz tomato sauce
1/4 cup onion
2 tsp sugar
2 garlic cloves
7 ounces canned pineapple

Recipe Directions for pizza

  1. mix yeast, sugar, 1 1/2 cup flour, salt, oil and water.

  2. Mix for 2-3 minutes. Add rest of flour. knead until dough is smooth- cover w/ towel let rise for 15 minutes. Roll out

  3. Bake after toppings @ 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes
