A single serving flavorful pizza with all the fixings on the thinest crust ever!

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza

0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 serving Spaghetti Sauce, Meatless, Canned
0.5 cup Spinach
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza

crisp up the tortilla for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown in oven at 350. Remove and add 1 mozzarella cheese stick shredded, 3 T of spaghetti sauce, 1/2 C of raw spinach, raw sliced tomato, add oregano and basil if desired. Bake for another 8-10 minutes, remove, and enjoy!
