Recipe Ingredients for pizza

454 grams Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Patty
8.4 grams Yeast
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
136 grams Medium Pitted Black Olives
113 grams Mushrooms
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
4 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for pizza

Place water, flour, salt, vegetable oil, and yeast in bread machine, use french dough cycle and start. When finished spread dough out on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam cooking spray(ocalorie). Let rise 1.5 hr. Cook in oven 350 degrees for 7mn or until crust is brown then remove from oven. Brown hamburger, soak up excess grease in paper towel and throw away. Spread browned hamburger on crust, then add mushrooms, olives, onions and the cheeses. Cook pizza for approximately 15mn in 400 degree oven.
