Delicious pizza, I make 3 small pies out of this.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza

2 tsp yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza

  1. Combine yest with water, add salt and sugar, add flour a little at a time.

  2. Knead on cutting board/counter.

  3. If you're in a rush then you can do without allowing it to rise. If you do have time, then allow to rise 15 min.

  4. Roll dough into a circle. Place on the pizza pan. Spread tomato sauce. Add your favorite spices. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Add your favorite topping (optional)

  5. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
