Pizza with whole wheat flour and veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza

2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons dry yeast
8 ounces water
10 ounces all purpose flour
6 ounces whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
12 ounces Part Skim Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups crimini mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups sliced onion
3 cups spinach

Recipe Directions for Pizza

  1. Make pizza dough. Let rise twice. Press into half sheet pan or sturdy cookie sheet. While dough is rising, saute onions and mushrooms over med high heat until wilted but not brown. Saute spinach with chile flakes and garlic just until wilted.

  2. Bake 425 for 20 minutes on rack in the lowest part of your oven.
