No fat, low calorie pizza recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Pizza

Mix all ingredients, form into dough. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 5 minutes. Spread onto pizza sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spread tomato or pizza sauce on crust dough, add other toppings of choice. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
