Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Quiche

12 oz tomato paste
1 can tomato bisque soup
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped peppers
2 cups chopped mushrooms
6 oz sliced olives
1 cup broccoli
5 cups chopped spinach
18 eggs
4 oz mozzarella cheese
4 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza Quiche

Spread tomato mixture on the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with veggies. Poor beaten eggs over the top. Add the shredded cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. or until the eggs are solid. Cut into 16 servings.
