Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Peppers

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. mild Italian sausage
1 small onion diced
3 oz. pepperonis (quartered)
4 3/10 oz. sliced mushrooms
3 4/5 oz. sliced black olives
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
29 oz. diced tomatoes
12 small green bell peppers

Recipe Directions for Pizza Peppers

  1. Mix ingredients.

  2. Stuff peppers after removing stems, membranes and seeds.

  3. Top with tomatoes.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
