Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Omelette

5 medium Mushrooms
1 tbsp Onions
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tsp Thyme, Dried
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving Turkey Bite (Pillers)
1 serving (Blue Menu) light shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza Omelette

  1. Spray skillet with oil, add sliced mushrooms and chopped onion and saute.

  2. Mix 2 eggs with salt, pepper and a bit of water. Beat with a fork.

  3. Pour eggs in pan over mushrooms. Do not scramble. Cover and let cook.

  4. Once one side is cooked, flip it over and spread with tomato paste.

  5. Add chopped red and green peppers, spices, shredded cheese and sliced turkey pepperoni.

  6. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
