Used on top of 'whole wheat' pizza dough from trader joe's

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza, w/o crust

23 oz canned tomato
1 tsp sugar
10 leaves basil
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
4 oz mozzarella cheese
6 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Pizza, w/o crust

  1. saute minced garlic in olive oil

  2. add canned tomato until cooked as desired

  3. add chopped basil, sugar, and salt to taste

  4. slice cheese thinly or shred.

  5. Use as directed by pizza crust. Add a thin layer of sauce and then add cheese. cook as directed by pizza crust.
