Pizza flavoured meatloaf with a few veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Meatloaf

1 lb ground beef
1 lb All Natural Ground Hot Italian Sausage
8 oz pizza sauce
1 cup saltine cracker
1 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 red onion
3 green peppers

Recipe Directions for Pizza Meatloaf

  1. Mix eggs, spices, crushed crackers, parmesean, half the mozzarella, and half the pizza sauce in a bowl.

  2. Mix well the ground meat, and diced veggies.

  3. Bake for 50 mins at 350, then add the remainder of the sauce topped with the remainder of the cheese on top, and bake for another 15 minutes
