Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Margherita

1 shell 12? 100% Whole Wheat Thin Crust
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
5 cloves, raw Garlic
28 oz Tomatoes
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
4/5 grams Oregano, Ground
5 oz Italian Fresh Mozzarella
0.33 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Pizza Margherita

Dice garlic and cook in oil for one minute. Add crushed tomatoes, salt and oregano to garlic mix, bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Thinly slice cheese and chop basil. Then spread slightly cooled sauce over crust, cover with cheese and bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, slice into 10 pieces, sprinkle evenly with basil and serve.
