Recipe Ingredients for Pizza margarita

1/2 lb flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 oz tomatoe sauce
1 clove garlic
3 oz mozzarella
1 tomatoe
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
4 olives
1/4 bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Pizza margarita

Flour, yeast, sugar, salt and olive oil mixed in a bowl. Start adding warm water and knead the dough for 10 min. Make sure that dough is pretty firm. Not sticky to your hands. After 3 hrs sitting covered it should be double the size. Knead more and roll it out in size of pizza pan. Put tomatoe sauce, chopped up garlic, sliced tomatoes and mozarella and 1/4 bell pepper cut in small pieces. Add some olives on top. Sprinkle oregano, basil and other italian seasoning if you care. Bake 20 min on 375 or till crust turns light brown.
