Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Hut Original Pan Pizza (Healthy Style)

1 1/3 cup Water (Warm Water - 105F)
1/4 cup Non-Fat Dry Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Flour
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 package Dry Yeast
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
8 ounce Tomato Sauce No Salt Add
1 teaspoon Dry Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Marjoram
1/2 teaspoon Dry Basil
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Pizza Hut Original Pan Pizza (Healthy Style)

  1. Dough:

  2. 1. Put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large (2 qt.) bowl.

  3. 2. Add water and stir to mix well.

  4. 3. Allow to sit for two minutes.

  5. 4. Add oil and stir again.

  6. 5. Add flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed.

  7. 6. Turn our on to a flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes.

  8. 7. Divide dough into three balls.

  9. 8. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 9 inch circle.

  10. 10. Spray the pans with Non-Stick Cooking Spray.

  11. 11. Place in the cake pans.

  12. 12. Spray the outer edge of dough with Non-Stick Cooking Spray.

  13. 13. Cover with a plate.

  14. 14. Place in warm area and allow to rise to 1 or 1 ½ hours.

  15. Sauce:

  16. 1. Combine

  17. 2. Put in pan and bring to boil.

  18. 3. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

  19. For Each Nine Inch Pizza:

  20. 1. Preheat oven to 475F

  21. 2. Spoon ?? cup sauce on dough and spread to within 1 inch of edge

  22. 3. Distribute cheese and other toppings of your choice on pizza's.

  23. 6. Cook until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown

  24. 7. Cut into four slices.
