Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Hot Dish 2

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
7 ounces macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 med onion
10 3/4 ounces tomato soup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
8 ounces cheddar cheese
3 oz sliced pepperoni

Recipe Directions for Pizza Hot Dish 2

  1. Directions

  2. In a small bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and macaroni. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish; set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

  4. Stir in the soup and seasonings.

  5. Spoon over macaroni.

  6. Sprinkle with pepperoni and cheese.

  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 16 servings.
