Yummy way to satisfy the pizza craving!

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Pizza! Egg Mug

2 T Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 c fat-free liquid egg substitute
1 wedge Cheese Wedges
6 slices turkey pepperoni, chopped
1/2 tsp Parmesan Cheese reduced fat

Recipe Directions for Pizza Pizza! Egg Mug

  1. Crush the diced tomatoes & mix with italian seasoning, set aside.

  2. Spray large coffee mug with Pam, add egg substitute and cheese wedge, added in pieces, microwave for 1 min. Gently stir, then cook again for 1 min.

  3. Gently stir in the tomatoes, seasoning & pepperoni. Microwave for 1 more minute.

  4. Add parmesan topping & allow to cool before enjoying!
