1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup hot water, (120-130F)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough with whole wheat

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  3. Let rise for at least an hour

  4. divide and shape into desired shape. Let rise for 30 minutes.
